Thank you for shopping with Tiger Lily Creek Co. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
PROCESSING TIME: All products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES: Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times (after processing): Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days (estimate only). Delivery times are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
TRACKING INFORMATION Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
DAMAGED ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. WEATHER & HEAT DISCLAIMER We are not responsible for melting, sweating, or heat-related issues once packages are in transit or delivered.
