Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.


Exceptions/ Non-returnable items
Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

1.Used soaps, burned candles, or partially used products
2. Custom, personalized, or wholesale orders
3. Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
4. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item, and in most cases we will cover any additional shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you of approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unused, unopened product for a different item, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Price differences and additional shipping charges may apply.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Allergic reactions & scent preferences

Everyone’s skin and scent preferences are different. We cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact us. In most cases, used items are not eligible for return, but we may offer a one-time store credit or discount at our discretion.
